TenIntelligence was created in 2012, with a vision of being an ethical investigation company that operated on the foundations of trust and integrity.

Since 2012, our continued vision is to be a playmaker in our field, an investigation and protection consultancy recognised for our diligence. Our mission is to protect our clients, people and their livelihoods from harm through effective DUE DILIGENCE, INVESTIGATION AND PROTECTION.

To achieve this, we bring together an experienced, dynamic and multilingual team who possess different skill sets, including legal, cyber security, forensics, brand protection, anti-fraud and compliance experience.

Privacy Notice (Data Subjects)

TenIntelligence respects the privacy and legal rights of the individuals and organisations we deal with.

TenIntelligence is a private company incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number 08134087 and registered address at 60 Churchill Square, Kings Hill, ME19 4YU.

Under the General Data Protection Regulations, we supply Data Subjects with Privacy Notices that contain significantly more information than they did under the Data Protection Act 1998 (now the DPA 2018). This is in order to meet new requirements about being transparent and providing accessible information to customers / individuals about how we are going to use their personal data so that they are fully informed and are aware of how they can exercise their rights under the GDPR.

GDPR Compliance Statement

GDPR came into force across the European Union on 25^th May 2018 and brings with it the most significant changes to data protection law in two decades. Based on privacy by design and taking a risk-based approach, the GDPR has been designed to meet the requirements of the digital age.

The 21^st Century brings with it broader use of technology, new definitions of what constitutes personal data, and a vast increase in cross-border processing. The new Regulation aims to standardise data protection laws and processing across the EU; affording individuals stronger, more consistent rights to access and control their personal information.

TenIntelligence is committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information that we process, and to provide a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. In this regard we already hold ISO27001:2013 certification.

We have always had a robust and effective data protection program in place which complies with existing law and abides by the data protection principles. However, we recognise our obligations in updating and expanding this program to meet the demands of the GDPR and the UK’s new Data Protection Act 2018 (regardless of the UK’s decision to leave the EU).

We are dedicated to safeguarding the personal information under our remit and in developing a data protection regime that is effective, fit for purpose and demonstrates an understanding of, and appreciation for the new Regulation. Our preparation and objectives for GDPR compliance have been summarised in this statement and include the development and implementation of new data protection roles, policies, procedures, controls and measures to ensure maximum and ongoing compliance.
